develop a device driver in win NT for serial port access

kindly help me in making a device driver (a VDD and a KMD) for win NT , where there are 3 i/o devices namely a keyboard, a pinpad, and a swipe card reader, which are multiplexed on a serial port.
plz let me know how do i proceed and if any other approach is possible , kindly let me know...
