Development of a preliminary WPS

hi all,

I am looking for as much information as possible proving that a WPS works in production. my question is more in the lines of


Preparing the WPS for production from a WPQR and testing the WPS. testing the first 5 welds to make sure the welds are satisfactory

is there anything else anyone can add

Sharing as much relevant information as possible, both here as on the pWPS.
The NDT on the first 5 welds isn't necessary anymore according to the new EN 1090-2.
