Dialog boxes in 2004

When I click on a menu item that used to bring up a dialog box, it now executes it at the command prompt. Can anyone tell me where the setting is to change it back?

Never mind. I should have searched this forum first. Seems I'm not the only one to have FILEDIA set to 0.
