Dialog Boxes opening .iges 1

Hello ;
Does anyone know the System variable to open the dialog box when using the "igesin" command on the command line.
Having a problem with the iges editor asking me for "file name" instead of opening a dialog box to Browse to the .iges file I need to open.
When we open .dwg files the dialog box opens but not for igesin
Also ; Where can I get info . about problems with .iges, we transfer alot of files from Pro "E" and "Esprit" G code .
