Like you know the diameter of a wheel can increase as the speed goes up, due to the centrifugal force.
Does anyone have data about this phenomena?
I'm specially interested in motorbike tyres. Thank you.

I've seen an SAE paper on top fuel drag racing tires and the many odd things that they do, you can probably do a serch to find this paper somewhere. A tire can also decrease in diameter under certain conditions, probvably more so then increaseing, for many different reasons, but all of this depends on the tire and it's construction.
