Diameter qualified range - EEMUA 158

Hi everyone,
I'm currently working with EEMUA 158, but I’m finding the qualified diameter range a bit confusing. Could anyone help clarify how it actually works?

1. If the diameter of the tubular is below 508mm and not within ±50% of the
diameter qualified;
=> PQR with OD = 453mm (<508mm) and then the qualified OD range is 226.5mm to 679.5mm, right?
2. If the diameter of the tubular is 508mm or larger and the diameter
qualified was below 324mm;
=> PQR with OD = 510mm (>508mm) and then what is the qualified OD range?
