I need to find a specification from the corporation vehicle engineering office, or a web site where i can look at the spec. ref: ms-ch1225 or ms-1225

FYI, I could not locate a document that matches the MS numbers you listed. Are you sure the designations are correct?
 
DC recently accuired a solid stake in Mitsubishi Motors Corporation.
I know the MMC company uses standards with (near) similar number formats (e.g MS 81-1118) For this it seems you're missing the first two digits.

I checked the MMC's internal system, but a specification with the number you mentioned is not existing.

I think you need the two first digits, usually 80,81,82.
If you're sure that your number is correct, then it may not be a MMC specification.
