Diaphragm wall books

I am looking for some books on the construction (note not design) of an underground 3 basement level car park using diaphragm walls and bored piles. Topics I'm interested in include use of bentonite/polymer, temporary proping, diaphragm wall construction.

Anyone got any good suggestions?

Best is out of print Slurry Walls by Xanthakos. I bought a few more recent but not same depth. I think his predated polyners, though.
