Dibasic acid additives for wet limestone SO2 scrubbers

I am looking for information/experience with using dibasic acid additives to improve SO2 scrubbing efficiency in wet limestone scrubbers (power plant). Does anyone have experience with this? Things to watch out for? Any way to estimate consumption of the additives? Information sources?
