Did you make Grounding of Antenna Communication Towers ?
As Electrical Power Engineer I have to work on this package, but not informed about that field. Any internet link is welcome. I heard for Motorola Handbook R56. How to find this materials ?

Grounding practices for radio-frequency transmitting and receiving systems can be drastically different than that for power-frequency equipment.

The internet may an acceptable place to find titles of related publications, but should not be trusted as a sole source of design and construction information.
 
Yes, communication towers should be grounded for the following reasons:

o Dissipate lightning current to bulk earth
o Reduce potential differences between parts.
o Minimize the electromagnetic coupling to reduce electrical noise.

Tower are not isolated, the antena site typically is connected to electrical and electronic devices some of then are even direct mounted on the tower such as strobe lights, lightning mast and antena direct connected by cable to a shelter that house electrical and sensitive electronic equipment.
