Hello all,

I am trying to transfer heat generation from HF Emag calculation done with HF119 element.

Unfortunately, HF119 does not provide hgen output and it has be calculated -- please let me know if there is an automatic way to do this. So, I obtained E field vector at each node and calculated P_loss with
P_loss = 0.5*E*dielectric_constant*E

Now, I applied P_losss to solid87 using BFE. Here's is my question. Does P_loss need to be multiplied with element volume before being applied as BFE or is P_loss applied as it is ?

Any help would be appreciated.

Cheers,

Kyle
