Dieletric Test (Hipot) for old Switchgears

Hi Everyone!

Could you clarify if there are an standard (IEC, IEEE or other) that define the values to apply dieletric tests for used switchgears (Medium and Low Voltages)?
I need reuse an Medium Voltage Switchgear stocked during two years.
