Difference between a medical grade plastic and pharmaceutical grade pl

Please,
I would readly appreciate if someone can tell me the difference between a medical grade plastic and pharmaceutical grade plastic.

I am trying to following the USP standards

I'm on the pharmaceutical side, and the goal with our plastics is chemical inertness (doesn't leach anything into drug) and low particle generation. My guess would be medical grade plastic focuses on biological inertness.
