Difference Between ASME/ANSI B1.5 and FED-STD-H28/12

I've been searching for the differences between the 2 standards without any luck. Would anyone by chance happen to know what the key differences are between the 2 standards? They appear to be identical, but maybe I'm missing something...

I have never read FED-STD-H28/12, however, I suspect that it makes reference to ASME/ANSI B1.5
