Difference between Circuit Switcher and Transrupter 1

Are these the only differences between the two:

1. Circuit Switcher can interrupt more fault current then a Transrupter
2. Circuit switcher can be used on lines up to 230kv. While Transrupters are only rated up to 138kv.

I know a Transrupter is also only designed to be used for high side transformer protection.

To summarize, are the only differnces cost and the fault rating of Transrupters?

CS is closed electrically. Transrupter is closed manually one pole at a time.
