Does anyone know the difference between EN10204-3.1 & EN -12266

EN 12266-1: Industrial valves - Testing of valves - Part 1: Pressure tests, test procedures and acceptance criteria - Mandatory requirements
EN 10204 covers material certificates. 3.1 is a certain material certificate. Material certificates are nor covered by EN 12266.
