Difference between (ISO 9906:2012) Grade 3B and Grade 2B 1

Would appreciate if you could list the fundamental difference(s) between ISO 9906:2012 Grades 3B and 2B.

I have noted the submersible pumps (sewage) are to comply with this standard.
