Difference between TSO C22(g) and C114 (Seat Belts) 1

I am looking for a good summary of the difference between the noted TSO's for aircraft belts. Are these belt configuration differences? Or different standards for different size/type aircraft?

C22 is the basic two point lap belts and C114 is 3 & 4 point harnesses
