difference in APDL and workbench 1

hi.. i want to know the difference in capabilities of APDL and workbench.. as m doing my long term project which one of these 2 would be better?

Sorry to bring that up again, but I checked the thread Maud35 mentioned, and although it was very informative, I've noticed it's 3 years old. v14 is being used right now, so I'd like to hear from some more experienced users what are the pros and cons of APDL and WorkBench. Is it still any major capabilities differences?

Workbench V14 added a ton of new capabilities that blurs the line between APDL and Workbench. Within Workbench V14 you have the option to view and select nodes, apply nodal forces, created named nodal selections and more. Previously these nodal interactions were only available within APDL classic.
