What is the difference in Functional and Technical Configuration and also is there any template seperately for each of these two documents.

A Functional Configuration is the sum total or the specification standards of an audit implemented to provide a comparison of specification and spec requirements with the results of inspections or other analysis by testing or examination. It is part of the verification process to ensure a product design requirement is met and that that guideline or standard is documented and verifiable before base-lining. Configuration parameters for the audits are included in Service agreements and contracts proposals and may be considered part of a performance and security management with correlation and compliance attachments as a result.
