difference in UG Manufacturing , Master cam & Pro-NC

Hi,
i am planning to purchase UG Manufacturing software,
But, i am in confusion,in comparision of the other softwares,pleas provide me comparison of UG-Man,Master Cam& Pro-NC

Mastercam is lower cost than the other 2.

Mastercam is NOT associative back to the CAD models.

Mastercam doesn't calculate holder avoidance.(maybe it will in version X)
In Mastercam you can't define stock.
You have to keep one tool multiple times with different speed-feed settings depending on material.OK,in UG tool data files are not up to date and to retrieve tool completeley you have to import it from part file.Going to be better in NX4.
Mastercam is simpler and faster to use.
