So this is something that I have done a considerable amount of trial and error to try and figure out, yet I still can't seem to get it to do what I want.
What I'm trying to do is render a motion analysis of the attached assembly. I want to use motion analysis because I like being able to use the path mate to assign segments of the motion with different interpolation methods between the key points. The motion analysis solves perfectly and everything is fine until I render the motion analysis with Photoview 360. The render produces smooth camera motion, but choppy/shaky motion of the components, and this is the problem. I did a simple test and imported the motion analysis into the animation tab. Then after rendering the animation it came out perfect. I ran into my current problem after going back to my original model and tried to import that motion analysis into animation. It didn't work, and it showed a red time bar. This must mean something with the mates is incorrect. It's very confusing to me because if it solves in motion analysis it SHOULD import fine into animation but apparently not...
I need to import the motion analysis into animation so that the render of the moving part comes out smooth.
In the model, the motion analysis will import to animation fine with two rings, however with three rings it brings a problem that I can't solve when I try importing motion analysis into animation (even though it solves fine in motion analysis). Any ideas what could be causing this?
Thank you,
Nick
