Difining Mesh in Contact

Hello,

I´m qorkin with a complex model, with a lot of contact pairs.

In ansys there is an option to refine mesh in the contact area between two element only.

is there any way to do this using abaqus ? without using seed edges option ? I just need to refine my mesh in the the contact areas, in the rest of the model can be a very poor mesh.
