Digital Accelerometer + GPS chipset questions

I'm wondering if anyone heard of a combo chipset that has a GPS receiver and a 2 or 3 axis accelerometer within the same package? Any help or direction would be appreciated!

I know i can combine two individual chip sets but wondering if anyone has made this work with each other.

I seem to recall seeing something like that in one of the component mags just a couple of months ago... but it's a vague memory, so I could be wrong.
