Digital Valve for fuel line? (1" to 2")

Hi. I am looking for a digitally controlled valve (12V preferably) to open/close the fuel flow on a 1"-2" pipe. I know they exist but don't know what they are called. Can you help with a name and/or suggest a manufacturer?

solenoid valve, on/off type valve?
or a control valve that can vary flowrate?
Exactly how you control it to do what you want isn't relevant to the valve as long as it can fit the appropriate actuator.
