could you please help me in this problem, I try to install digital visual fortran but the setup.exe he does not work, please I think it is because a cpnflict with another software. please advice me in this subject

When you run setup, what happens? Saying it doesn't work doesn't really help. What sort of messages are you getting? Does it install but not work after that or does it not install at all?

A bit of history. Digital Fortran was renamed CVF (Compaq Visual Fortran) after Compaq took over Digital. Then it was renamed IVF (Intel Visual Fortran) after they sold it to Intel.
