Hi guys,

we are looking for some examples of dilatant fluids, for an application we're thinking to design (something similar to the Viscous coupling system).

In detail, we would like to know some typical flow consistency index (K) and flow behaviour index (n), according to the power law. I've tried to search it with Google, but at the time being without success.

Any indication will be usefull.

Thank you,

You may want to search Chemical engineering articles on non-Newtonian fluids. I have save a few of them when I worked in research of a major chemical company several decades ago and here are some of the titles and publishing dates:
Designing for non-Newtonian fluids 1-15-1968
Rheology of non Newtonian fluids 2-12-1968
and here are three more by Ron Darby:
Take the mystery out of non Newtonian fluids 2-2001
Pressure drop for non-Newtonian slurries: a wider path 3-2001
Predicting friction loss of slurry pipes 9-1992
Chemical Engineering periodicals have a ton of articles on related subject, do a search.
