Dim line and Text settings in Catia V5R20

Recently I started Catia drafting. I an unable to fix few options those are like... dimension properties.. If you take ugnx before draft part in the preferences / annotation fix the desired values it will continue till end of the drawing. In catia how to.......

to be able to edit standard catia must be launched in admin mode. note that it's not run as admin.

also you can get to drawing workbench and type in command line t:dim*. this will give you an opportunity to edit all the properties at once for all the dimensions.
