Dimension color in drawing?

Where do I go to set the color of my dimensions for drawings?

They were originally black, then they were light grey (printed OK on paper but were light in .PDF's) and now that I have upgraded to SW2003 my dimensions are light blue. I would really like to have black dimensions again.

Imported Annotations Driven was what I need to change.
