DIMENSION FRAME SIZE

Can anyone tell me if there is a way to make my rectangle frame around my dimensions, for a basic dimension, in the drafting work bench a little smaller. it could probably come in half the distance on all four sides.

The same question has been addressed to out Catia support. No luck. I'd like to change frame size either.
Harlowmatt is right frame takes a lot of space. I can't find frame property in standard file.
