dimension graphic line issues

Is there a graphic problem, on R18 as when I measure something it is not giving me the dimension or the line, but just the points on the 3D. I am running it on Dell m6400, not sure what the graphics card is but guess it is not a graphics issue as there are no other issues.

Anyone have any ideas?

check the measure customization and make sure you have everything you want turned on

Sorry slow getting back hectic at the minute, the dimensions is giving me the end points but not the line joining the points or the green box with the dimension in it. Have added a picture of what I see.

Sorry for the excel sheet, we do not have any photo editting software on these machines to create a jpg of the the print screen.

Yep Jackk and Fokker70 you are both right, I though seeing as I already have R16 on here that the settings would just copy over. I stand corrected. Thanks for sorting me out.

Not even Paint? Try [Windows Key]+R and then type in mspaint.
