Dimension modify box

Hi all. I'm new to the forum and relatively new to Solidworks 2010. I copied settings from a coworker and his dimension modify box is turned off. While sketching, I prefer for the dimension box to automatically pop up (so I can enter the correct dimension) while attempting to dimension a line etc rather than having to double click on the dimension to edit it. How do I turn this feature back on and have it default that way?
