Hello,

Is there a way to configure Solidworks so that dimensions & text placed on a drawing come in displayed in a desired color? I have tryed setting the System Options - Colors option with no luck.
Thanks for your help.

System options only sets dimensions for driven and driving dims.

To change a dim color use the Line font (Line Color icon) to change the color. There isn't a way to import multiple dimensions using different colors. You will have to change it once the the dimensions are imported in using the above icon.

You can do this by assigning a colour to a "Dimension" layer and then moving the dims to that layer.
