In drafting, is there any way to add leaders to dimensions so they can point to more than 1 hole or feature?

I have 2 holes that are the same diameter, and instead of dimensioning them seperately, would like an arrow to point to both features.

Previously i have done this by using text boxes and adding leaders, but wondered if there was a better route. I appreciate that the dimensions may not be associated to both holes, but this would be ok.

Try creating 2 text with leader notes, and have the arrows go to the two holes, but overlay the text boxes.

This is what i have been doing - right clicking on the text box and adding a leader.

I was looking if there was a neater way, as im not keen on using text boxes to dimension drawings.

You could use a Diam dimension for the first circle, and then add ARROWS to point to the other circles.

But, the ARROWS don't seem to be able to be positionally linked to the dimension, like the leader would be.

Just curious: are you using ANSI or ISO drafting standard? (I assume the diam dimensions have a single arrowhead?)

ISO standard.

That was another option i looked at - with an arrow pointing to the other circles, but as you say, there is no way to positionally link the arrow to the dimension.
