Dimension update still not working

I complained some months back that R18 dimension updates were not working. I have looked through every available option that I can think of (and I know them pretty well) but am unable to find what I'm missing.

Any suggestions why my updates don't work?

What the problem is NOT

1) CATSettings - already dumped and started afresh
2) The option to automatically update measurements

I have also experienced measure update issues on my R18, maybe a bug? Anybody else seen this?

Solid7 - is this an intermittent problem? Works for me on a 64bit Dell - R18. This is only a test part with swept surfaces and solid pads. Tools - Options - Parameters and Measure - Measure Tools - Update both part and product are on. I used measure element, measure thickness and measure between. If I go to ASD the measurements update as I drag a part with compass. Can you make a sample file that does not work and email it to me?
