Dimensioning where an apparent intersection is 1

Can anyone tell me if it's possible to dimension for example the top of a taper which has a fillet,i.e. apparent intersection of the taper and the horizontal.Does that make sense.

Oops... Ctrl-select the the two line segments and then click the Point icon on the Sketch Tools menu. This will create a virtual corner that you can diemsion to in drawings.
