After 40 plus years of drafting machined parts, I now have a task requiring a fit to a 12" x 40.8# S Beam. So far I have found many charts in books and online that give all dimensions except the angle on the flange and the outside radius. The only clue I've found so far is that bevel washers are 11 deg. Are these dimensions so difficult to find because they are not an industry wide standard? Any ideas, suggestions, comments any would care to offer will be greatly appreciated. Thanks, K.

I don't know about the radii, but the first pages of the steel manual say S shapes have approximately 16 2/3 percent (2 on 12) slope.

Try , ePubs / free Pubs, shapes database, which gives design dimensions and detailing dimensions for various structural shapes.

Thanks PMR06 and DST148 for considering and responding to my post. That's a mighty powerful document and it does just what I am looking for. Thanks, K.
