dimensions in isometric views

Could I use dimensions with isometric views in drafting?

Sometimes a couple of dimensions are very useful for the shop, and I think used it a long time ago but I can not remember how do it.

Yes.
What I would do first is go into an isometic view and rename it. View > operation > save as
Then switch to the drafting application, and toggle "display sheet" off View > Display sheet
Make sure your WCS is turn on. Your dimensions (and other text) will fall onto the X-Y plane of the WCS, so you will want to move it where you want to see them.
When you are done put that renamed view on a drawing or print from there.

If you already have an Isometric View on your Drawing, just select it, press MB3 and select the 'Expand Member View'. Now you can work in the existing Drawing view directly, but you will still have to move the WCS around so that the orientation and frame-of-references for the Dimensions is correct before you create them. After you have the dimensions that you wish, just reselect the view boundary, press MB3 and un-toggle the 'Expand Member View' option. Now you may find the view boundary may not look right and some of the dimensions may be fully visible, so if that's the case, just select the view again, press MB3 and select the 'View Boundary...' option and when the dialog comes up if 'Automatic Rectangle' it the pre-selected setting, just hit OK and view boundaries should update so that you can now see the added dimensions.
