DIMENSIONS ON CAST PART DRAWINGS

I have never worked with cast parts before until now and learned nothing about them in school. Is it proper to call out the draft angle on the drawing or do you let the people molding the part decide what is sufficient? Also, how would I go about specifying a surface finish for a cast part?
