That specification, as OSIRIS7 point out is no longer specified in contracts in Europe. But if you have a copy, keep it (I keep mine). Because most older buildings used it in Europe. It was the best in Europe.
And it is the major contributing document to the new EN10025. Steels described in DIN 17100 have same properties now listed in EN 10025. What has changed is the format mostly.
For newer works, use EN 10025.
