What's the meaning of NBK?
What is the material equivalent in ASTM/AISI/JIS/UNI/AFNOR etc?

NBK stands for annealed above the upper transformation point under shielding gas or in a vacuum.

This particul DIN standard is world known and I don't think you need a ASTM equivalent.
