Disapperaing sketches

Anyone else having problems with sketches not showing or disappearing while modifying in SW2005. I'm specifically having problems with the circle and modify sketch tools. I select the circle tool and click for my location. The circle dosen't show like it should but when I click the second time it appears. The you dimension the circle and the dimension shows briefly and then disappears until you click to place it and then it's back. The tools are working you just can't see them. I'm running a supported video card on the newest driver.

Is the newest driver Tested & Approved by SW? Maybe try an older one!

Try adjusting your video card performance, alot of us have been in the habit of jacking it up to full speed but sometimes coming down a notch on the performance will do wonders. I have also seen this, if you set your windows colors to fancy colors you performance of your video card will drop while running solidworks (or any photo program). I keep my UI set to the plain and simpel windows grey and blue and I seem to get better video performance because of it. I tried using some of the nice dark colors, like the blue in the aquarium theme and it does cause problems in major applications.

I have occationally the same in SW2000; when in solid mode.
The sketch reappears visual when you switch to one of the wireframe modes.

Same advice applies: check to ensure your graphics card is approved for SW use, and ensure you have the proper drivers and OS.
