disconnecting from ABAQUS license manager

I am trying to perform modal analysis with a complex geometry. I have around 250000 elements with my geometry. After I submit the job Abaqus gives a message: "disconnecting from ABAQUS license manager", but Job manager shows that it is running. Is it normal or not? Abaqus has been running for 3 days.
