Discovery Channel is showing a program about the blackout. I don't know if it will be any good, but it's worth a look at least. Probably just a laymen's show with little to gain technically.

Suggestions: There are various "experts" around. There is no doubt about one thing, namely, the power deregulation was presented to many as a "gold mine."
