Display color A plot color B

Hi All:

I'm using Wildfire and I'm set up so that my text is displayed yellow but plots black.
I would like to do the same for sheet metal parts but the only way I could do this is to change it to text color with in sytems color.

I know I can set it to colors temporary to get the results I want but I'm looking for this display color A and plot color be.
