Good morning, noon, evening,

I started to work in Abaqus recently and got a couple of problems:
1. How can I display numbers of all nodes and elements directly on fe-model?
2. How can I display/view axial stresses/strains (e.g. σx, τxy, etc)?

Previously I worked in ANSYS Mechanical and had none of these questions
Thanks in advance for help

Recommended for you

1. In Preprocessing: Part/Assembly Display Options -> Mesh
In Postprocessing: Options -> Common (or Button) -> Labels

2. Axial stresses exist only in a cylindrical coordinate system. Otherwise, what would be axial? You seem to ask just for the directions in a rectangular CSYS, so S11, S22, S12, etc. They are directly available for display. Result -> Field Output (or use toolbar quick access).
