Display of licence in workplace

1.What may be the consequences if Professional Engineering Licence of Ontario is not displayed at workplace? I was asked by my superior to display the licence at my workplace in Ontario.
2.In Ontario,what are the possible reasons for including moonlighting under code of ethics.

I'd say check with your Board

1) Dismissal for non-compliance with this request.
2) Pirating you employer's clients.

moonlighting is also about using company resources for your after-work job (ie: software, time etc..)

As far as displaying your licence the following is in the PEO's Code of Ethics:…..
2. A practitioner shall…...
iv.endeavor to keep the practitioner's licence, temporary licence, limited licence or certificate of authorization, as the case may be, permanently displayed in the practitioner's place of business.
