Display tool with holder

Hello all, I am searching for the documentation page where describes how to design a tool or holder and use this solid in cam representation. I am pretty sure this is in the documentation but at this moment I'm not been able to locate this page. I am with NX6.0.3.

I only have found in solid tool library this:
"A solid tool is a solid model or assembly that is used as a tool in the Generic Motion operation..."

But I remember that this solid representation could be used in all kinds of operations not only in Generic Motion Operation.

Any ideas will be very appreciated.
