Distance required from 34.5KV Vault on Primary Sub

NEC article 110.34 and Table 110.34A I see that you are required to have a 6ft clear distance from 25KV - 75KV. Does this apply to enclosures such as 34.5KV disconnect vaults on a primary sub?
