DLUBAL RFEM SEISMIC DESIGN

I have been learning RFEM lately and i have a problem with seismic design.On my model equivalent Lateral Force is bigger than Modal Base shear. I want to increase Modal base shear in order to make it equal with equivalent lateral force. I changed scale factor but equivalent force and modal base shear got increased together.Can anyone help me how can I scale only modal base shear with scale factor or with any other way? i can send you my model if anyone want to see it to help me.
